このページは日本語で書かれていますが、<html> 要素の lang 属性は lang="en" の状態になっています。

Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.1 や、それを元に作った freee アクセシビリティー・ガイドラインでは、html 要素に適切な lang 属性を指定することを必須としています。

Web の考案者、Tim Berners-Lee は、以下のように言っています：
